These sessions are helpful for new bees, have injuries, and need special advice for their concerns. All sessions align with clients' physical, mental, and spiritual aspirations.

Expectations:

  • Detailed intake and assessment of your goals/needs based on your Ayurvedic constitution in first 1 hour

  • Asanas are synchronized with breathwork

  • Instructions are well explained with modification required as per the need

Kids’ Yoga

Our classes are intended to be a mixture of breath work (Pranayama), Yoga postures (asanas), and some stories. These practices encourage physical, fine motor skills and mental development.

We introduce them with meditation as well which calms and support mind, of course they will have a lot of fun and learning

All sessions are tailored based on you, your body and requirements which appropriately challenges and support you.

Yoga Nidra

This blissful practice is always suggested to be done in Savasana. Yoga nidra is a meditation practice which relaxes and soothes the mind, body, and consciousness. It is a perfect practice to incorporate for winding down before bed or any other time.
