An Ayurvedic consultation is a comprehensive assessment of a client's health. We focus on all the Ayurvedic assessment tools which includes going through health history in detail, Pulse diagnosis, tongue, skin ear, eyes & nail(s) analysis.
Yoga
Experience and deepen your practice which targets clients' needs and help them to achieve their health goals. We choose yoga postures (asanas) in a sequence, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation which support the body, mind, and spirit .
Seva
Every month there is a free consultation day. Clients who need a free consultation for any reason are welcome to reach out and block an appointment, and if you wish to donate to a non-profit organization are also welcome.
