CCCF Tea

CCCF stands for cumin, coriander, cardamom, and fennel. These herbs aid digestion and are beneficial to all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).

Yummy Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of purified water

  • ½  teaspoon of cumin seeds

  • 1 pod of Cardamom

  • 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds and 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for fifteen minutes in boiled water. Turn off the heat, and let the pot cool. Strain out and discard the seeds.

  2. Store the tea in a thermos.

  3. Drink all of this tea, warm or hot, during the day.
